What is AWANA?

AWANA is a children’s ministry designed to reach kids with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to train them to serve Him through the use of “fun zone” games and activities, scripture memorization, and service projects.  The AWANA curriculum is based on 2 Timothy 2:15, Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, and is open to children ages 3K through 6th grade.

AWANA begins Sept. 26, 2010 and ends on May 1, 2011
Every Sunday from 4:20 pm to 6:00 pm

No AWANA on:
November 28 (Thanksgiving)
December 26 (Christmas)
January 2 (New Years)
April 24  (Easter)

AWANA Grand Prix:
Car Building Day: Saturday, April 16
  (10 am – 12 noon) at Sandhurst (back porch)

Grand Prix Race Day:
May 1 (Cubbies begin at 3:00 pm, all others at 4:00 pm)

AWANA Store dates:
Dec. 19 and April 17

AWANA Awards Ceremony:
May 15, 2011-  Morning Service at 10 AM

Attendance Awards
